# How it works

You tell us about your loft. We pass it to our partnered contractor for your area, who surveys it for free and gives you a written transparent quote. You decide from there.

## From your enquiry to a finished loft

Five steps, and you can stop after any of them.

- 1 ### Tell us about your loft The form takes a minute. Tell us what you want done and where you are.

- 2 ### We reply within 24 hours We get back to you and pass your details to our partnered contractor for your area. Just the one, so you will not get a run of calls from different firms.

- 3 ### Your free survey Our partnered contractor comes out at a time that suits you. They look at the insulation, the joists, the hatch and whatever is up there now.

- 4 ### A written transparent quote You get it before any work starts. It says what is included and what costs extra, and there is no obligation to go ahead.

- 5 ### The work If you go ahead, our partnered contractor books the job in and gets it done. From the survey on, you deal with them directly.
